How a wager milestone is counted
This is the whole mechanism, and it is where nearly every missed claim comes from. Wagering only counts toward a milestone if the money behind it arrived on a deposit carrying DAILY in the Affiliate Code field. The code does not carry over from your last deposit and cannot be added once the deposit has settled.
Every dollar wagered between the promo opening and closing is added to your total. It is cumulative across sessions — you do not need to reach a tier in one sitting — but it resets to zero when the promo ends, and volume never carries into the next one.
Tiers do not stack. Clearing the top tier pays the top tier rather than every rung beneath it, so the ladder is worth reading as a set of targets rather than a running total of rewards.

What a milestone is actually worth
